Listening Retreats

Is your church or ministry so busy that you have no idea what is going on each others’ lives? Do you even know who you’re on staff with? Many of the tensions among ministries and staff members could be solved if we knew how to truly listen to one another. During this guided retreat, Kasey does basic teaching on listening (something we take for granted) to ourselves, each other and God then invites staff members to the practice of listening through story-telling.
